Both savory and sweet selections, the menu is available upon request.
This month’s beer dinner features one of our very close relationships – Chimay, one of seven breweries in the world that makes Trappist beer. Since 1862, the monks of Scourmont Abbey have been making three widely loved ales. With that in mind, we have secured vintage aged versions of these ales to share with you. Take a tour of the brewery via your taste buds and a three-course paired menu at $59 per guest. This brewed experience includes five vintage beers. As seating is limited, please call us to reserve your table.
